If you could try and check my account and see if there is a way to check the logs for the rewards that I received from the two recent loot boxes. I opened another box just to make sure, and got a weapon skin, a caustic skin, and crafting materials, but nothing from the Legendary box. Upon restarting the game, I did not see any of the new items icons on any of my legends and loadout. When I proceeded to open it, the animation started, but then crashed. Right before it i had used the 600 apex coins to get the bundle. The bug happened when I opened the legendary loot box from the Legendary Pack Bundle. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try purchasing the legendary loot box, and opening right after.
What should be happening instead? I should have receieved my legendary rewrads from the box.
